Accuracy of Information
Government addresses, hours, phone numbers, fees, officeholders, technology, and procedures can change without notice. An Arrest Is Not a Conviction
An arrest records an allegation and custody event, not guilt. A prosecutor may decline, reduce, or change a charge. A court may dismiss a case, acquit the accused, or enter another outcome. Nebraska law can later restrict public dissemination of certain nonconviction history under Neb. Rev. Stat. §29-3523, and a court may set aside an eligible conviction under §29-2264. An old copy may therefore fail to show the current legal status. Verify the result with the court, arresting agency, or Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division.
Use a record as a lead, not a verdict. Only the originating custodian can confirm the current entry and whether it remains public.

No content on this website is an official government record. Court dates and dispositions belong with the Thurston County clerk. Current local custody and warrant confirmation belong with the sheriff. Nebraska RAP data belongs with the Nebraska State Patrol, and registry status belongs with the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry. Tribal and federal records remain with their own sovereign custodians. A certified or official copy must come from the office maintaining it.
